* In-Person Training: 1-on-1 personalized training that includes all features of the base package. Sessions are up to 5 days a week, 1 hour each, where we meet and work together directly toward your goals.
* Virtual Training: 1-on-1 personalized training that includes all features of the base package but conducted via video call. Sessions are up to 5 days a week, 1 hour each, focusing on achieving your goals remotely.
How do I get started with Fit and Fearless

What should I expect during my first session?

What equipment do I need for virtual sessions?
For virtual sessions, ensure you have a stable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and have provided us a list of equipment you have on hand (if any).

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule sessions. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees. We aim to offer flexibility to accommodate your schedule and needs.
How do I track my progress?

Additionally, we will be adding a client portal with all the resources needed to track your workouts, diet, and achievements. We’ll set milestones and review your progress regularly.
